MAKING A RESERVATION
You must be of legal age to makea reservation and agreement. You agree that the information is true and accurate, and that you will pay for all services and taxes. You also agree that you will check for the accuracy of your arrival and departure dates. You also agree to the cancellation policy
After booking, Hill Country Vacation Rentals will fax or mail your confirmation. If anything is not correct you will call Hill Country Vacation Rentals immediately.
CHECK IN- 4pm or after, please no earlier.
CHECK OUT- Noon or before. A charge equal to one half night stay will be charged for a late check out or early check in if not previously approved by service.
KEY RETURN- Keys must be returned to Hill Country Vacation Rentals - failure to return keys will result in a $15.00 fee to your credit card.
SMOKING- If you or anyone with you smokes in a non-smoking home your credit card will be charged $200.
CLEAN UP- If there is damage to the home or extra cleaning is required, while you were a registered guest - your credit card will be charged for the damage or extra cleaning.
PETS- if pets are brought to a non pet house.or without permission you will be asked to leave and you will receive no refund; and $200 will be charged to your credit card.
GUESTS- Homeowners have asked that you stay within a certain number of guests. They have the right to check the homes for the number of people registered. If they find more than what you have registered, your credit card will be charged appropriately and violators will be asked to leave the property.
PARTIES AND WEDDINGS- You agree that there will be no parties or weddings without prior written consent of the Property Owner.
L1ABILlTY- you agree that Hill Country Vacation Rentals, nor the property owner is responsible for any accidents or injuries to you or anyone in your party.
CANCELLATION- You agree, once booked, if you have to cancel you will be charged $40. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival the full amount of the booking is non-refundable, unless we can get it re-booked. If the number of guests in your party decreases within 10 days of arrival, you are still responsible for the original number of guests.
HOLIDAYS- if you have to cancel within 21 days, the full amount is non-refundable, unless we can get it rebooked.
